Since the devastating earthquakes hit Japan on March 11, 2011, causing a lot like troubles, problems, and inconvenience, we have been meeting difficulties. The hotel and staff are safe with no injuries or damages at all at the moment. We are thankful for wishes from all over the world.
However, from Today on due to the earthquakes, scheduled blackouts/outages are taking place in the Kanto region including Tokyo, divided into 5 groups twice a day for 4 hours until the end of this April. Taito ward/ku in which the hotel is located is not completely in any of the groups yet but, it is likely. We are getting ready for it.

Also, with this, train schedules of Tokyo and its neighbor prefectures and areas are extremely altered. some trains are out of service. on the other hand, others are in service but slower or less than usual.
It is not always easy or fast to get to Narita airport from Keisei Ueno staion where 20 minutes on foot away from the hotel.
