Here in Japan, we've got a lot of music festivals in summer. "Summer Sonic" is one of the most famous music events! There are 7 stages of music with well-know and upcoming talents from rock, dance and R&B world in attendance.
Also, this year marks the festival 10 year anniversary, The big bands, such as My chemical Romance, Kasabian, Linkin Park, Beyonce etc... will be performing!!

If the ticket is still available, why not?

The humid rainy season is over in Tokyo and what next?
We all know that the summer is just coming! I heard this year's first cicada singing this morning at home.
It is actually fortunate for me cause cicadas are already gone in my hometown south of Japan by now.
Do you guys have any plans for the summer yet? As for me, I hope to go to Nagano prefecture to avoid unexpected heat of the season for a couple of days though there is another reason to spend there. I also would like to go to a beach!
Hope you will have a good time in Tokyo, too.!

If you want to escape from the bustle of the big city, I recommend you to visit here!!

Japan is far more lax on control of noise than you'd expect. Trucks with loudspeakers cruise the neighbourhoods blaring all kinds of rubish: war songs glorifing Imperial Japan, people running recycle shops asking for unwanted things, you name it. They have no respect for anything, and they'd be out any time of the day, as early as 7 or 8 am!!!

But the worst has come with Election Day nearing (Tokyo Representative Elections, 12th July). The trucks are shouting the names of candidates for hundred times till they turn your brain into pulp. They try to outyell each other, each supporting one or another candidate when all I wanna do is get a bit of sleep after the nightshift. It's nightmare really! Or in my case, since I have to sleep during the day, it's real daymare!!!

I'm so glad this bizarre noise invasion is going to abate slightly after tomorrow. We're gonna be back to the normal noise polution of recycle trucks and rabid nationalists from Moday. Hurray!

Do you like animation?
If so, you can enjoy this place ( tokyo animation center ) located in Udx building in Akihabara.

You can sometimes see the dubber recording of animation under your eyes.
Of couse, you can buy a lot of goods!!

I like to see (Bonsai) ming tree because I can feel a history from details of tree!!

This ming tree is small but It's age is 100years old!!
It takes a very long time to magnificently grow!!
We have to do a lot of things to grow ming tree.
The work needs care and patience!!
I think this is a art which has to be taken over from generation to generation!!
