Neon Lights

CIMG0501.JPGCIMG0498.JPGWhat's the symbol of Tokyo?? For the question. I would like to answer "The Neon Lights."
I love the one of Ginza. Ginza is one of the most luxurious gorgeous shopping areas in Tokyo. The reason why I like the Neon of Ginza is that if I get there, I could have such a feeling as if I could get some vital power for living. You can say that Ginza might be a symbol of the prosprity of Japan. It might give you the positive thinking for your successful life in the next future.
Of course, there could be some other symbols of this city, like Sensoji Temple in Asakusa or Imperial Palace. But The Neon is somehow special for me!!

French guy with KATANA

IMG_0091.jpg
This guest left us with a real Katana sword because he wasn't able to get it shipped home after he bought it. I felt really sorry for him but I would definitely feel even more sorry for whoever tried to push us staff around, now we have that blade in possesion. Morals of the story: 1) don't buy real swords in Japan, you won't be able to take them with you when you go back. 2) Never mess with people who have very sharp blades :)
Anyway, thank you so much for that present. We sure do appreciate it.

Party 30th November 23.JPG

We had a very first Japanese food party last month and made "Okonomiyaki " =( Japanese pizzas ) and " Takoyaki" = ( octopus balls ) this time. We wanted the guests to try the Japanese food and get on well with each other. After the party, some of them went out to do karaoke, apparently...
Hope everybody who joined the party had a good time with us ;)

And yet, let me inform you that we are having a Christmas party on the 25th this month! also we are going to make some Japanese food again! Why don't you come and join us next time :D
