Oak house is aimed specifically and exclusively for foreign residents and medium/long-term visitors (1 month minimum stay) looking for accommodation in Tokyo, Saitama or Kanagawa.
This doesn't mean however, that you will end up living with foreigners only (unless you want to..). We feel that living in a mixed cultural environment brings out the best of both worlds.
We offer both dormitory and single/twin room accommodation, with prices starting from 30,000 yen per month for dormitory and 48,000 yen per month for single room accommodation.
Finding reasonable accommodation in Tokyo can be difficult, and at times frustrating. Our friendly english speaking house managers can help you find the best accommodation to suit your needs and budget.
We offer weekly specials, at up to a third off normal rental prices.
We can show you as many houses as you need before you make your decision and provide local insider-knowledge on the specific area you have chosen. For example, hot spots good to go eating and drinking in your neighborhood.
